2025 Applications packages for Golden Seniors 2025 Season

If you would like to join us in one of our leagues, please print and fill out the new player application available here, the renewal application here, or fill out the form below and our player agent will contact you. 3 ways to pay your membership dues and league fees (mail a check, Venmo, or Paypal)
  1. If paying by check, please make checks payable to “GSSCS” and mail them to: Dave Tanner, P.O. Box 1178, Elk Grove, CA 95759-1178
  2. Venmo payments can be sent to @GoldenSeniorsSoftball and, in the note section, include the player’s name and league(s). Ex: John Smith, L1 & L6
  3. Paypal payments can be sent to club’s payment email at: (Click To See Email)clubdues@sacramentoseniorsoftball.org. To avoid PayPal fees being withheld, use “Personal” as a payment option. In the note section, include the player’s name and league(s). Ex: John Smith, L1 & L6
 Members should download the appropriate application package.  Once the application packet is completed, you may scan or mail it to Dave Tanner.  Please note:  Dave’s mailing address is noted on page 2 of the application.
